My passion for business led me to MBA, honing my skills in strategic leadership, growth, and innovation.

I'm Joshy Challiyil, a civil engineer with a passion for eco-friendly construction and innovative building materials. With over 24 years of experience in the industry, I've had the privilege of working on numerous projects that have shaped the skylines of Kerala.
In 2009, I founded Blue House Infra Pvt Ltd, which has since become a trusted name in the construction industry. However, my true passion has always been to create sustainable building solutions that minimize environmental impact. This vision led me to establish a research and development factory unit in Cherthala, Alappuzha in 2016.
